WANTED FOR CHILD MOLESTATION

SANTA BARBARA - 1994

Luis Tovar Gomez pled guilty to molesting two young girls who resided in the apartment complex in which Gomez was the apartment manager. While awaiting sentencing in August 1994, Gomez fled, purportedly to Mexico.

Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department holds two outstanding warrants for Gomez. The first is a no-bail revocation of own recognizance. The second warrant is in the amount of $5,000.00 for Failure To Appear.
