WANTED FOR KIDNAP, FORCIBLE RAPE

CAPTURED IN 2007 IN MEXICO

Tomas Rosales was wanted for the kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman in the Isla Vista area. The attack occurred on 12-7-03 during the early morning hours. During this attack, Rosales held a knife to the woman's throat and sexually assaulted her. Detectives received information that Rosales originally may have fled to the city of Bakersfield. Detectives also obtained information that Rosales has family in Chicago, Washington D.C. and Florida.

TOMAS ROSALES WAS CAPTURED IN MEXICO AND RETURNED TO THE UNITED STATES TO FACE PROSECUTION.
