House Fire Victim Identified

Goleta - February 26th, 2009

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Bureau has identified the woman killed February 16, 2009 in an early morning house fire on the 3900-block of Foothill Road as Mary Stelma Ostrand (DOB 2/25/40).

The cause of death is pending autopsy and toxicology results. The Santa Barbara County Fire Department is handling the fire investigation.
