Gang Unit Arrests 4 During Compliance Checks

Orcutt / Los Alamos- July 16th, 2009

On Thursday morning, July 16, 2009 members of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department’s Gang Unit conducted 14 compliance checks in the Orcutt and Los Alamos areas. The checks resulted in the following four arrests:

Mark Dunn (DOB 2/11/62)  3056 P.C. Parole Violation (Possession of knife)

Steven Milner (DOB 12/19/77) 11550 H&S Under the influence of a controlled substance.

Shannan Hartzog (DOB 11/15/79) 11550 H&S Under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sarah Jean Siegrist (DOB 9/17/79) 11550 H&S Under the influence of a controlled substance.

Mark Dunn, Steven Milner and Shannan Hartzog were booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail.

Sarah Jean Siegrist was cited and released.
