Montecito Fatal Crash Victim Identified

Montecito - November 5th, 2008

The Santa Barbara County Coroner’s Bureau has identified one of two victims killed in last night’s (11/4/08) single vehicle rollover off Highway 101 near San Ysidro Road as 21-year old Felix Alejandro Ortiz-Cazaldilla of Santa Barbara.

The other decedent is a 35-year old male from Santa Barbara who has not been positively identified because his family lives in Mexico.

A third occupant who survived has been identified as 21-year old Alejandro Valdez of Santa Barbara who is in stable condition at a local hospital.

The SBSO’s Coroner’s Bureau is conducting the death investigation while the California Highway Patrol is conducting the collision investigation.
