Goleta Armed Robbery

Goleta - November 7th, 2008

On Friday November 7, 2008 at approximately 8:25am the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department received a report of an armed robbery at a publishing business on the 5900-block of Encina Road in Goleta

According to two employees inside the business a man with a handgun demanded a large sum of money which they did not have.

Deputies arrived after the man fled the business. They searched the building and immediate area, but were unable to locate the suspect who is described as a white male in his 30’s wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
