The Citizen’s Academy is held on Wednesday nights, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM beginning on September 11, 2019 at the Solvang Municipal Center, 1644 Oak Street.  The academy will continue the following 6 weeks at varying locations throughout the county.  Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
