The Sheriff’s Office has a convenient method for depositing funds on an inmate’s account. By using TouchPayOnline, deposits can be made by phone, online, or at a kiosk which is open and accessible 24 hours a day. (These are currently not available and will be installed very soon)

The kiosks are located at the Santa Barbara County Northern Branch Jail and Main Santa Barbara Jail facilities. The kiosks accept debit/credit and cash deposits. To place money on an inmate’s account by phone, call 866-232-1899. Individual’s name and ID number are required, use Site ID #293110. To make an on-line deposit, go to www.TouchPayOnline.com.

This service provides greater accessibility for friends and family members who have an incarcerated loved one to make deposits more conveniently, regardless of whether they can travel to the Main Jail at a specific time of day or not. Anywhere in the world, anytime of the day or night, they can send money to an inmate.
