Emmanuel Rodriguez is wanted on a $150,000.00 felony warrant charging him with possession of controlled substances for sales and false information to a peace officer. He is described as 5-8, 215 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.  His last known address was in Lompoc CA.

Cannabis Compliance Team Seizes 20 Tons of Illegal Cannabis and Eradicates Approximately 350,000 Cannabis Plants

On June 17th, 2019, detectives from the Sheriff’s Cannabis Compliance Team executed four search warrants related to an illegal cannabis cultivation site outside the City of Buellton.
