Most Wanted Wednesday

Francisco Frank Martinez is wanted on a $50,000.00 felony warrant charging him with felony domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon and violating a court order.  Martinez is described as 5-11, 165 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.  He is transient in the Santa Barbara area.
