Joel Rivera is wanted on a $50,000.00 felony warrant charging him with robbery and conspiracy.  He is described as 5-6, 160 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.  His last known address was in Santa Maria.

Suspected Opioid Overdoses in Santa Barbara County Jail
